By submitting this form and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Attorney-Client Relationship
   Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal representation will only begin upon mutual agreement, documented in a signed retainer or engagement agreement.

2. Scope of Services
   Intake through this form is limited to determining whether your legal matter falls within the services offered through your legal insurance provider (e.g., MetLife Legal Plans or ARAG). Services outside of covered scope will be offered under a separate private fee arrangement, if accepted.

3. No Guaranteed Outcome
   Submission of your matter does not guarantee acceptance, representation, or any specific outcome. Attorney reserves the right to decline cases or refer them elsewhere.

4. Data Use
   Your information is collected solely for the purposes of intake and eligibility review. We do not sell, rent, or misuse client data.

5. No Emergency Services
   This firm does not provide emergency legal services. Time-sensitive issues should be addressed directly with your legal plan provider or other appropriate resources.

6. Form Completion Requirement
   Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay response times. Form completion does not imply legal responsibility or agreement.

7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
